Breakfast of champions! 🍽 Growing up in an Asian household meant leftovers were breakfast. I always enjoy an egg with my meal and of course we can’t forget the Som Tam ~ a spicy papaya salad.

Wow! I did it! I made myself a watercolor painting. This is a digital watercolor piece, but I did create it freehand from my memories of my road trip to California just before Thanksgiving.
