This Texas heat is so extreme for my pretty little plants. I was worried that my cucumbers would never sprout. Everyone had bounties of veggies growing in their garden and mine was still simmering.
The crepes came our great! The fresh fruit mixed with nutella was the best.
Crepes, crepes, crepes!!! It’s that craving hitting me again.

One of my favorite Thai salads! It’s spicy salty sour taste makes my mouth water! Great with anything! Rice, meat, other veggies… it’s a social dish that you eat in a family style setting.
My nephew, the kiddies, and I stopped by to see Bromide Hill! We’re at the viewing area of the hill where you can see over the edge of the cliffs. 🧗♂️
